Doug Schantz is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at AskBio, a Bayer gene therapy company. With 35 years experience in clinical development, Doug started as a study coordinator, worked as a CRA and has held project and people leadership positions in several areas of clinical operations at Eli Lilly, Pfizer and AstraZeneca.
Doug is an active participant in the clinical research community, including guest lecturer in Eastern Michigan University’s clinical research administration program, program committee member for the Disruptive Pharma (DPharm) and an annual presenter at the Summit for Clinical Operations Executives (SCOPE).
