Over the past four of CRIO’s ten years, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the company—both professionally and personally. CRIO took a chance on me, and that opportunity has helped shape the path I’m on today.
Starting as an Implementation Manager and eventually stepping into the role of Customer Success Manager Team Lead, I’ve learned and developed in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I have the privilege of working with research sites who are truly making a difference in the clinical trial industry. Advancing research that directly impacts patients and their families around the world is incredibly fulfilling to support their mission, knowing that our collaboration helps accelerate treatments and bring hope to those who need it most. Partnering with such dedicated and passionate teams makes my work both meaningful and inspiring every single day.
But what’s made the journey at CRIO truly special is the people. I continue to be impressed by the talent, dedication, and passion of my colleagues. CRIO has fostered a company culture that’s unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere—supportive, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely enjoy the work they do and the team they do it with.
I’m incredibly thankful for the experiences, mentorship, and trust this company has given me. Being part of a mission I truly care about, with people who inspire me every day, is something I don’t take for granted. Here’s to the next 10 years—I can’t wait to see where we go from here.
