When I joined CRIO three years ago, I started on the frontlines of the Support team: chatting with clients in real time, troubleshooting complex issues, and getting a crash course in both our platform and our users. From there, I had the opportunity to grow into roles that let me demo our product, train new clients, build internal teams, and eventually help launch CRIO’s Site Enablement program. Each role deepened my understanding of the clinical research ecosystem, strengthened my belief in our mission, and allowed me to grow alongside a company that empowers its people to build.

Today, I serve as the Product Owner for CRIO’s eSource product. I work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, deliver solutions, and drive our roadmap forward. It’s a role that sits at the intersection of usability, compliance, and innovation—requiring a clear vision for what we want to build next. What makes the job meaningful is that I’ve lived our users’ world: I used to be a coordinator collecting data by hand. Now I get to help design the tools that make that work faster, safer, and more efficient.

The most rewarding part of this journey has been watching CRIO grow from a startup to an industry leader without ever losing the scrappy, collaborative spirit that defined us early on. Whether I was building internal teams from scratch, consulting on strategic accounts, or collaborating across departments to solve workflow challenges,

To everyone who’s been part of this journey: thank you. The people at CRIO—their drive, care, and creativity—have made this chapter more meaningful than I ever expected.
