Over the past 10 years, CRIO’s story has been one of vision, grit, and relentless focus on the people who matter most, the sites. I’ve been privileged to witness how a small idea, reimagining data capture at the point of care, grew into a platform that transformed workflows, kept trials running through the pandemic, and set new standards for usability, compliance, and remote monitoring. Each milestone – rapidly expanding our site footprint, evolving eSource from concept to necessity, and refining our product through constant feedback has reinforced the importance of staying grounded in our mission to simplify clinical research for those on the front lines.
But what stands out most to me aren’t just the milestones, it’s the people behind them. The leaders in industry who challenged us to push harder, the site staff who trusted a different way of working, our customers who partnered with us to turn pilots into industry benchmarks and our CRIO team members who deliver day in and day out. For me, the biggest lesson of CRIO’s first decade is simple: if you design for the site, listen closely, and keep iterating, you don’t just build software you build trust, impact, and a community that’s reimagining clinical trials together.
