We are excited to announce the newest addition to the CRIO leadership team. Mike Wenger joins us as our Chief Innovation Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience building innovative solutions to advance patient engagement, streamline clinical trial operations, and enhance site efficiency.
Mike is the founder of FullStack Trials, where he has provided technical advisory services to help clinical trial sites optimize workflows and technology infrastructure. Previously, he founded and led VersaTrial until its acquisition by Florence Healthcare, architected TrialScope Connect (now Citeline Connect) to bridge pharma companies with patient recruitment providers, and spearheaded technology initiatives at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research to better connect patients with clinical studies. Mike holds a B.A. degree from Colgate University.
In his new role at CRIO, Mike is focused on harnessing AI to remove administrative burdens from site teams and empowering them to dedicate more time to their patients.
“We’re excited to have Mike join CRIO as Chief Innovation Officer,” said Co-CEO Raymond Nomizu, “He brings a fresh perspective and a passion for building technology that truly serves research sites. Mike’s focus on practical innovation will help us push boundaries while staying true to our mission of reimagining clinical trials for quality, speed, and patient centricity.”
