Joining CRIO at 25 years old has been one of the defining experiences of my career. Over the past nine and a half years, I’ve been fortunate to be part of this company’s incredible journey while experiencing significant professional growth.

I started in customer success, supporting CRIO’s entire client base during our growth phase. This role grew into building and leading the customer success department before transitioning leadership to Tony Sciucco, now our VP of Customer Experience, who has continued to elevate the team.

Later, I had the opportunity to establish CRIO’s product department—a chance to apply my deep understanding of our clients and industry to help drive the company’s strategic direction.

Today, I’m continually impressed by CRIO’s evolution from startup to industry leader. The company has created an environment that encourages growth, supports cross-functional development, and empowers people to take on new challenges. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities CRIO has provided and for being part of such an innovative organization. Great companies don’t just hire talent—they invest in developing it. CRIO has been doing this consistently for the past decade.

As we celebrate this milestone, I’m excited about what’s ahead. CRIO continues to disrupt the clinical research industry by consistently innovating and delivering solutions that truly meet our clients’ evolving needs. In my product role, I’m dedicated to ensuring we stay at the forefront of this transformation, always focused on building technology that makes a real difference for our clients and the research they conduct.
