CRIO Announces Official Launch of Partners Program
CRIO is thrilled to announce the official launch of the CRIO Partners Program and release of the Partner Directory! This innovative program is designed to enhance CRIO powered site outcomes by providing seamless access to certified partners specializing in site solutions such as patient recruitment, data management, accreditation services, contract and billing support, and other critical research site services.
What’s New?
Our Partners Program connects CRIO users with a network of trusted vendors who can help streamline and optimize your clinical trial processes. The Partner Directory, now available in the CRIO site app Help Center, allows users to easily search for and connect with these certified partners.

- Direct Access in CRIO App: CRIO users can access the Partner Directory by following these steps:
- Visit our website
- Click “Sign In”, select your site’s geographical location, and login to the CRIO Site App.

- Once logged in, you will see our site application. Click the question mark icon in the upper right to access the Help Center

- Browse the Partner Directory!
Note: If this is your first time accessing the Help Center, you will be prompted to set up a profile. You have the option to create either a Full Profile or an Anonymous Profile. Regardless of your choice, you will be able to access the Partner Directory and utilize its full functionality.
