CRIO Welcomes Sue Vestri as New Chief Financial Officer

We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our leadership team at CRIO. Sue Vestri joins us as our Chief Financial Officer bringing nearly 30 years of financial management experience across various industries, with a special focus on leading-edge software technology. Her extensive leadership experience and proficiency in fast-paced, high-growth environments make her a valuable asset to our team.

Prior to joining CRIO, Sue served as the CFO for Greenphire, a Riverside portfolio company that operates in the clinical trial software space, much like CRIO. This background has provided Sue with unique insights and strong industry understanding.

Sue’s impressive career includes being awarded the 2016 CFO of the Year Award in the Private Company Category by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and the Dell Corporate Strategy SVP Excellence Award in 2012. Her expertise in finance, leadership, strategy, M&A, and business integration will be crucial as we continue to expand and grow following our recent investment from the Riverside Company.

CRIO Co-CEO, Jonathan Andrus, expressed his enthusiasm about this new chapter for CRIO, stating, “The CRIO team is excited about having someone of Sue’s caliber join the management team and we are thrilled to welcome Sue aboard as our new CFO at CRIO.
